Radiology Supervisor

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A RADIOLOGY SUPERVISOR

As our Radiology Supervisor, no two days are exactly the same. You'll spend your time supporting and mentoring Radiology staff, collaborating with providers and department leaders, and ensuring our patients receive the highest level of care. You'll be a visible presence throughout our clinics, helping resolve challenges, answering questions, and removing barriers so your team can succeed.

In this role, you'll balance leadership and operations. One moment you may be coaching a team member, reviewing workflows, or coordinating training for new employees. The next, you'll be collaborating with leadership on staffing, process improvements, regulatory compliance, or patient experience initiatives. You'll oversee daily department operations, monitor inventory and supplies, support staff development, and help ensure our Radiology services run efficiently across all Bone & Joint locations.

Most importantly, you'll help create a positive, accountable, and supportive culture where employees feel empowered to do their best work and patients receive outstanding care every day.

QUALIFICATIONS FOR A RADIOLOGY SUPERVISOR

We're looking for a confident leader who combines radiology expertise with strong interpersonal and organizational skills.

To be successful in this role, you should have:

• A high school diploma or equivalent

• An Associate degree in Radiologic Technology, Health Administration, Business Administration, or related field; or an equivalent combination of education and experience

• At least three years of Radiology experience

• Supervisory or leadership experience with a passion for coaching and developing others

• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification or the ability to obtain certification

• A valid Wisconsin driver's license and the ability to travel between Bone & Joint clinic locations

• Strong technology skills, including Microsoft Office applications

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

• The ability to stay calm, professional, and solution-focused during stressful situations

• A compassionate, patient-centered approach to healthcare

• The ability to work effectively with providers, staff, patients, and leadership across the organization

WORK SCHEDULE

This is a full-time exempt position working primarily Monday through Friday during regular clinic business hours. Flexibility is required to meet departmental and organizational needs, including occasional travel between Bone & Joint clinic locations.
