Warehouse Lead

The primary function of an Assembly Lead is to visually inspect built product; tag and scan built product to a finished goods location and train new assemblers. This position reports to the Assembly Manager/Assembly Supervisor. Job Responsibilities Tag and scan built product to a finished goods location Train new builders Visually inspect all built product for general defects Acquire replacement parts for damaged pieces Gather information for builders production rate Classify built product as Finished Goods, Clearance, Special Inspection, Trash May assist Manager/Supervisor in creating Assembly Reports Required Qualifications Solid knowledge and competence on WMS scanner gun 2-3 years of assembly experience Ability to identify product Good verbal and listening skills Strong interpersonal and human relations skills WMS working knowledge Preferred Qualifications Assembly experience Expected Base Pay Not Including Potential Commissions, Incentive, Bonus, etc. Opportunities: Starting at $24+ an hour (based on experience) It is policy of Bob’s Discount Furniture, Inc., to provide equal employment opportunity to all employees and applicants for employment.
