Our client, hospitality industry leader, is seeking a dish washer / steward to join their team. As a dish washer / steward, you will be part of the culinary and hospitality support team, supporting restaurant and banquet operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a team-oriented mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Hilton - SLC
Location: Salt Lake City
Pay Range: $17
Shift: Evenings + weekends Full time
What's the Job?
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen areas, including dishwashing and equipment cleaning
- Support food storage and inventory using FIFO methods
- Assist with general cleaning and utility support across restaurant and banquet services
- Operate dishwashing equipment efficiently and safely
- Restock supplies such as glassware, plates, and utensils as needed
What's Needed?
- Must be 18 years or older
- Ability to pass a background check and E-Verify process
- Basic English communication skills
- Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, temperature-variable environments
