Phlebotomy Operations Supervisor

University Medical Center of Southern Nevada (UMC) is seeking a Lead Phlebotomist Supervisor to oversee daily blood collection operations in Las Vegas. You will manage phlebotomist scheduling, ensure patient safety and accurate specimen labeling, and prepare management reports to optimize efficiency. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, four years of phlebotomy experience with at least two in a lead or supervisory capacity, and Nevada Laboratory Assistant licensure within seven #J-18808-Ljbffr
