Medical Assistant

Our client is seeking a skilled and professional Medical Assistant to join their Urology team. This role provides critical support to both providers and patients, ensuring efficient clinical operations and high-quality patient care. This is an onsite position based in Fairfield County, CT.

Medical Assistant's Responsibilities and Duties:

• Rooming patients and taking vital signs accurately

• Performing standard clinical procedures, including phlebotomy (blood draws)

• Assisting providers with patient care and exams

• Maintaining accurate patient records and documentation in Epic (experience preferred)

• Ensuring a clean, organized, and safe clinical environment

• Supporting patient flow and departmental operations in a professional and reliable manner

Medical Assistant's Qualifications and Skills:

• Medical Assistant diploma or certificate required

• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required

• Experience with Epic or other electronic medical record systems preferred

• Strong clinical skills and attention to detail

• Professional, reliable, and team-oriented
