What You ll Do

• Provide primary neonatal care in a new, state-of-the-art 10-bed Level I Nursery.
• Conduct daily rounds on newborns, attend deliveries as needed, and stabilize infants during transfers.
• Manage neonatal health, including stabilization and facilitating transports to higher-level NICUs.
• Collaborate with a team of NNPs and neonatologists across two facilities.
• Participate in the development of procedures and quality improvement initiatives for the unit.
• Uphold safety and compliance standards in a welcoming, patient-centered environment.

What You Need

• Valid NNP Board Certification (not FNP/PNP or other NP certifications)
• Minimum 2 years of recent NNP experience (excluding RN)
• Strong neonatal clinical skills and decision-making capabilities
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
