Clinical Behavior Analyst in Training

Responsibilities Implement ABA interventions and Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) for children with autism. Collect data and analyze client progress to optimize treatment plans. Assist in behavioral assessments and support other RBTs and staff. Collaborate with families and the Mosaic team to ensure consistent treatment implementation. Complete student units and fieldwork hours as assigned by the Student Program Coordinator. Complete BCBA mock exams and attend study groups to ensure preparation for the BCBA exam. Achieve RBT certification with over 1000 hours of supervised practicum experience toward BCBA certification. Qualifications Passion for helping children with autism thrive. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Desire to learn and grow in clinical skills to be prepared for a BCBA career. Completion of a master’s degree or anticipated completion within the next 6 months. Currently a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
