Your day-to-day responsibilities will include assessing students, providing direct therapy, preparing reports, and participating in IEP meetings. Though guaranteed work is Monday through Friday, school holidays and closures will be non-working days. The student caseload is approximately 55, allowing for a focused and personalized approach to each child's needs.This role provides an opportunity to make a significant impact on the communication abilities of young students while enjoying the unique lifestyle that Palm Springs has to offer. Required Qualifications

Speech/Language Pathologist, School Licenses: SLP-CA Master's Degree in Speech Language Pathology (SLP) or Related Field State SLP License in State of Residence Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech Language Hearing Association (ASHA)

Preferred Qualifications

Previous experience working in a School Setting, Early Childhood, or Pediatrics Strong Knowledge of Speech and Language Development, Assessment tools, and therapeutic techniques. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team of educators, parents, and community members. Ability to maintain accurate and confidential student records in compliance with federal and state regulations
