ADP is hiring Sales Interns . As a Sales Intern, you will participate in a structured training program that teaches you how to prospect new business and sell solutions to existing ADP clients within an assigned geographic territory. Responsibilities Network with key decision‑makers in a designated territory. Develop and execute a strategy to prospect targets for ADP payroll and human resources solutions. Mine existing and prospective clients for referral business. Work with our Training team to grow your selling skills. Required Qualifications Positive Self‑Starter: upbeat, persistent, and able to cold‑call without fear of rejection, manage time well, and present ideas in a clear, professional manner. Agile Solution Seeker: problem solver who can find solutions even in fast‑paced change. Continuous Learner: currently enrolled in a four‑year bachelor’s program and have completed at least three years of study.
