HD Security Services Inc. is currently hiring experienced, professional, and dependable Retail Security Guards for multiple assignments throughout New Jersey.

AVAILABLE AREAS INCLUDE:
• Atlantic City, NJ
• Blackwood, NJ
• Totowa / Little Falls Area, NJ
• Additional locations throughout New Jersey

PAY RATE: $18–$25 PER HOUR
Starting pay is based on experience, assignment, and location .

AVAILABLE SHIFTS:
• Day Shifts
• Evening Shifts
• Weekend Shifts
• Retail Store Hours
• Exact schedules vary by assignment

REQUIREMENTS:
✅ Valid NJ SORA License — REQUIRED
✅ Previous retail security experience strongly preferred
✅ Must be able to stand for extended periods
✅ Professional appearance and attitude
✅ Strong communication and customer-service skills
✅ Reliable, punctual, and dependable
✅ Must follow all company and client post orders
✅ Reliable transportation strongly preferred
✅ Must be comfortable working in a customer-facing retail environment

PRIMARY DUTIES:
• Maintain a strong and visible security presence
• Monitor store entrances, exits, and sales floors
• Observe and report suspicious activity
• Assist with access and crowd control
• Complete incident reports when required
• Maintain professional interaction with customers, employees, and management
