CareOne at MoorestownThe Director of Admissions will be responsible for, but not limited to:1. Coordination of admissions to the facility through generating referrals2. Developing and maintaining relationships with area referral sources3. Conducting tours of the facility for all outside interested parties4. Process referrals to admissions5. Provide tours6. Sign in new patients7. Assign physicians8. Coordinate all details between hospital, doctor, center and field staffPosition Requirements:Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or other related fieldSuperior interpersonal, communication skills and energeticAbility to cultivate working relationships both inside and outside the facility2+ years of experience in Healthcare, specifically in the Long Term Care Industry2-3 years of successful business-to-business sales experience.3 (+) years in long term care admissions is preferred.Demonstrated selling, entrepreneurship, and organizational skills with strong focus and determination.Marketing experience a plus.Must be a team player, highly organized and have a positive attitudeThe CareOne mission is to define excellence within the health care community.
