Clinical Pharmacist at Providence Newberg Medical Center in Newberg, OR.
Per Diem/Variable shift
The Clinical Pharmacist has the responsibility for the provision of high-quality, individualized, cost-effective pharmaceutical care and integrated pharmacy operational services in collaboration with the healthcare team to optimize patient's medication therapy outcomes and quality of life.

Required Qualifications:
- PharmDinPharmacyor
- Bachelor's DegreeinPharmacy.
- Upon hire: Oregon Pharmacist License.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Acute care hospital pharmacy experience, 1 year or equivalent experience.
- Completion of ASHP-accredited PGY1 residency.
