We're looking for a hygienist who is passionate about periodontal health, patient education, and creating exceptional patient experience.What You'll DoProvide preventive and periodontal care, including prophylaxis, periodontal maintenance, and scaling & root planningComplete periodontal charting, assessments, digital X-rays, and oral cancer screeningsEducate patients on oral health, periodontal disease, and home carePartner with the dentist to communicate findings and recommended treatmentMaintain accurate clinical documentationFollow OSHA, HIPAA, sterilization, and infection-control protocolsWork collaboratively with the entire dental team to provide excellent patient experienceWhat We're Looking ForCurrent Virginia Dental Hygienist licenseGraduate of an accredited Dental Hygiene programCurrent CPR/BLS certificationStrong clinical, communication, and patient-education skillsDependable, organized, compassionate, and team-orientedCommitment to providing high-quality patient careExperienced hygienists and new graduates are encouraged to apply!Our PracticeOur offices utilize Open Dental, digital radiography, and iTero/ MedIT digital scanning technology.
