Assistant Golf Professional

Overview The Assistant Golf Professional plays a key role in the daily operation of the golf department, helping to deliver an exceptional golf experience for members and guests. This position supports all aspects of golf operations, including tournament administration, merchandising, instruction, and member services, while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and hospitality. Primary Responsibilities: Assist in overseeing the daily operations of the golf department to ensure a seamless and first-class member and guest experience. Support the management of the golf shop, including merchandising, inventory control, product displays, and maintaining a merchandise mix that reflects the club's standards and member preferences. Coordinate and assist with all tournament and golf event operations, including planning, execution, scoring, and follow-up. Provide individual golf instruction, group clinics, and support the club's junior golf academy and player development programs. Assist in supervising the daily operations of the golf shop and outside services team, ensuring efficient service, proper staffing, and adherence to club standards. Promote and maintain exceptional customer service while fostering positive relationships with members, guests, and fellow team members. Ensure all golf operations are conducted in accordance with club policies, procedures, and operational standards. Support the Head Golf Professional and Director of Golf with special projects, member programming, and other operational initiatives as assigned. #J-18808-Ljbffr
