Our practice serves patients from the Dallas–Fort Worth area as well as from across the country, offering highly personalized care in a thoughtfully designed clinical environment. We take pride in running an organized, efficient practice where patients feel comfortable and well cared for at every visit. This role is best suited for a Nurse who takes initiative, enjoys a steady pace, and wants to be part of a patient-focused practice. Compensation & Growth Competitive hourly pay based on experience Cost sharing medical insurance, practice covers premium at 75% 100% covered dental and vision insurance 10 PTO days/year + 6 paid federal holidays Opportunities for performance-based bonuses Potential for professional growth and expanded responsibility within the practice Schedule Full-time position: 5 days per week Practice hours are 8:30am to 5:00pm Responsibilities Assisting with plastic surgery consultations, pre-operative visits, and post-operative follow-ups Assisting with medspa patients, injectables, aesthetic treatments, and in-office procedures Rooming patients, obtaining medical histories and vital signs, and preparing treatment rooms Answering phone calls, assisting with scheduling needs, and communicating with patients as appropriate Charting accurately and efficiently in the EMR Turning over rooms, restocking supplies, and helping maintain a clean, organized clinical environment Pitching in where needed to help the day run smoothly as part of a collaborative team Qualifications Nursing or Medical Assistant certification/license required Current BLS certification required Recent experience in an aesthetic plastic surgery setting required Strong communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor required Comfortable communicating professionally with patients, providers, and team members in person and by phone Organized, dependable, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment Professional, well-groomed appearance appropriate for a polished medical setting Discretion and respect for patient privacy are essential Comfortable taking initiative and working as part of a team #J-18808-Ljbffr
