We’re seeking an outside sales representative to identify new target buyers and upsell to current customers to achieve sales goals. The ideal candidate is a service-oriented outside sales expert who can prospect, present, and close deals efficiently. If you are looking to combine your communication and prospecting skills with your outside sales experience to leverage a more lucrative career in the industry, we want you on our team! Responsibilities: • Use your prospecting and follow-up skills with potential customers online, in-person, or on the phone to uncover potential upsells and new clients • Show our solution to prospects with sales presentations, negotiate deals, and obtain sales contract signatures • Meet or surpass the monthly quota for sold business and lead requirements/ revenue-generating activities • Create a competitive analysis, identify industry and product trends, and position our brand as the clear and obvious choice • Qualify prospective customers quickly by fact-finding to identify decision-makers, pain points, competition, budget, timeline, and other potential obstacles • Research and provide financial advice and strategies that are suitable based on the client's risk tolerance and financial objectives • Help clients implement financial recommendations such as life insurance, savings plans, mutual funds, and other financial products • Compile each client’s financial information to determine financial goals, financial status, cash flow, and financial expectations • Customize financial plans for each client based on potential life changes and changing financial needs • Provide exceptional customer service to existing clients; track and monitor communications in the client file, including strategies and financial advice given Qualifications: • Exceptional negotiating, interpersonal, presentation, persuasion, and communication skills • Some industry or product knowledge preferred and a High school diploma is required • Ability to meet and exceed monthly quota in sales • You are an organized, detail and deadline-oriented self-starter who loves contributing your team’s goals • At least 2 years of outside sales experience preferred • Superior relationship skills, communication skills, and customer service skills are necessary • Business mindset • Relevant knowledge of the financial industry, financial products, and best practices is preferred • Experience in sales & finance is helpful but not required Compensation: $80,000 - $120,000 yearly • Research and provide financial advice and strategies that are suitable based on the client's risk tolerance and financial objectives • Help clients implement financial recommendations such as life insurance, savings plans, mutual funds, and other financial products • Compile each client’s financial information to determine financial goals, financial status, cash flow, and financial expectations • Customize financial plans for each client based on potential life changes and changing financial needs • Provide exceptional customer service to existing clients; track and monitor communications in the client file, including strategies and financial advice given Compensation: $80,000-$120,000 per year #J-18808-Ljbffr
