SIMULATED PAT INST (TEMP)

Job Title

Simulating a human patient case, with guidance from the UMSN CLC faculty providing feedback for health providers at multiple levels (undergraduate, postgraduate and practicing providers) related only to their interpersonal communication skills. Additional responsibilities include responding to email messages promptly, demonstrating professional behavior and accountability for actions, working as a team and keeping commitments to the UMSN CLC.

Required Qualifications

• High school graduate or GED.
• Must have prior experience in healthcare simulation. Certification as a standardized patient is preferred.
• Candidate must have excellent communication skills, with the ability to receive and convey information clearly and concisely for various mediums. Must have very strong interpersonal and organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively with diverse groups.
