Details Work in the NICU at a hospital facility Level IV/Surgical NICU patient population Common diagnoses include CDH, MAS, NEC, TEF/EA, abdominal wall defects, BPD, pulmonary hypertension, and pre/peri/post-op cases Night shift schedule (7p-7a) with every other weekend (EOW) required 12-hour shifts, 3 shifts per week No on-call requirements Floating required to other departments within the facility and cross-campus to another NICU location Requirements Active RN license (GA or Compact) currently in hand Current certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) required, Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) preferred Minimum 2 years of NICU experience required Level IV/Surgical NICU experience preferred Must pass nicotine testing as facility is nicotine-free Flu vaccine required with no exceptions or declinations Additional Information Provide specialized nursing care to critically ill neonates in a Level IV/Surgical NICU setting Facility maintains a nicotine-free policy with mandatory testing for candidates American Traveler Job ID P-743410.
