PositionDescription:

The System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) Administrator shallassistin theday-to-day support-request flow, andoperations and support ofour Department of Defense (DoD) customer software services.

The SCCM Administrator is expected to be adaptable to the needs of their assigned support group, providing customer-focused services to meet thecustomerneeds for endpoint security and functionality.They maybe requiredto learn new skills, conduct research, and perform new tasks regularly.

The SCCM Administratorwill be expected to work on otherproject-basedassignments.

Project- BasedResponsibilities:

• Network Infrastructure Function and Optimization - Daily Administration

• Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM) and Microsoft Office 365: NIPRNET and SIPRNET

• Software & Hardware Implementation

• Planning, testing, and troubleshooting software or hardware solutions.

• IT Process Automation:

• Mitigate vulnerabilities of end-user software program

• Developing andoptimizingautomation solutions to improve system efficiency

• Cybersecurity Initiatives:

• Integration of cybersecurity requirements

This includes the administration of Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM),MicrosoftEndpoint Patch Management, Third Party Software Packaging, Use of Third-Party software distribution tools, and MECM Client health.This support will include the support of objects in Microsoft Office 365 and any future office or Third-Party software solutions used by the customer and its functionality on the customers Microsoft Endpoints, bothNIPRNET and SIPRNET.The Windows SCCM Administrator will provide Tier 3 issue resolution for end users and Tier 1 and 2 teams. The SCCM Administrator isexpected to be adaptabletotheneedsofthesupportgroup, which will require learning new skills and performing new tasksregularly,andmay be required to work longer hours on given days and/or weekends or remain on-call for after-hoursupport depending on operational needs and contingencies.

MinimumExperienceLevel:

• Three (3) years of progressive experience in the requirements, analysis, design, development, testing,andmaintenanceofITsystemsandnetworks, with specific experience in theadministrationofenvironmentsusingMicrosoftsSystemCenterConfigurationManager (SCCM).

• Experienceshall include at least five (5) projects in technical areas. At least one project must have occurredinthe past three(3)years.

RequiredSkills/Certifications

• MustpossessCyberSecurityBaselinecertification,IATlevelII(Secuirty + or CISSP)requirementsatthetime of employment

• Mustpossessrequired Computing Environment Certification, one of the following: GWIN, MCSE:WS2012/WS2016or newer,MCSA:WS2012/WS2016or newer,M365,orMSAzureAdministrator Associate(or higher level)

DesiredSkills

• Documented four(4)yearsexperiencewithSCCMor MECMadministrationoccurringwithinthepastthreeyears

• Documentedat leastfive(5)yearsofexperiencewithscriptingautomationusingPowerShellorVBScript

• Combined five (5) yearsexperiencewithWindows10/11OS, Servier 2016 (or newer)deploymentsoccurringwithinthepasttwoyears

• Atleasttwo(2)yearsexperiencewithMS 2016 or MS 2019or neweroccurringwithinthepasttwoyears

• Atleasttwo(2)yearsexperiencewithSQL2016orneweroccurringwithinthepasttwoyears

• Documented two (2) years experience withInTune

• Documented two (2)years experiencereviewing Nessus Vulnerability Reports

Education

• Bachelorsdegree,preferred
