Job Type: Full-Time | Part-Time | PRN

What You’ll Do

As a Direct Support Professional (DSP), you will:

• Provide hands-on support in home and community settings

• Assist with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming, meal prep)

• Help individuals build independence, confidence, and life skills

• Create opportunities for “light bulb moments” through encouragement and guidance

• Support community engagement, appointments, and recreational activities

• Follow Individual Support Plans (ISP) and document progress

• Maintain a safe, clean, and structured environment

• Deliver care with a white-glove standard —professional, attentive, and respectful

What We’re Looking For

• High school diploma or GED (required)

• Experience in caregiving, DSP, or human services (preferred)

• Compassionate, dependable, and motivated

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (preferred)

• Ability to pass background check and drug screening
