Locations: Jacksonville, NC | Pamlico County, NC | Washington (Little Washington), NC
Job Type: Full-Time | Part-Time | PRN
Pay: Competitive (Based on Experience)

What You’ll Do
As a Direct Support Professional (DSP), you will:
Provide hands-on support in home and community settings
Assist with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming, meal prep)
Help individuals build independence, confidence, and life skills
Create opportunities for “light bulb moments” through encouragement and guidance
Support community engagement, appointments, and recreational activities
Follow Individual Support Plans (ISP) and document progress
Maintain a safe, clean, and structured environment
Deliver care with a white-glove standard —professional, attentive, and respectful
What We’re Looking For
High school diploma or GED (required)
Experience in caregiving, DSP, or human services (preferred)
Compassionate, dependable, and motivated
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (preferred)
Ability to pass background check and drug screening
