Full Stack Developer

Analyze business needs to develop and implement technology solutions Work with the business to understand information technology needs and enhance business processes Identify new functionality and support strategic business objectives through technology Coordinate and conduct complex system analyses through data acquisition and modeling Identify, coordinate, document, and implement business requirements and solutions Provide support to business operations and processes Identify business requirements and translate them into delivered technical solutions Design, develop, implement, and maintain custom-code business solutions using Navy Federal-approved tools and applications Facilitate user acceptance testing by developing and executing test cases, criteria, scenarios, and communications Validate and document testing results and ensure solution acceptance Plan, coordinate, and roll out software changes and releases to Controlled Testing and Production Obtain required approvals and transition projects to production Monitor improvement project implementations for timely action, support, and expected benefits Collaborate with project teams, business units, vendors, and key partners Participate in cross-organizational task groups for new automated systems, products, and services Perform annual recertification on Navy Federal platform standards Create and maintain documentation throughout the Systems Development Life-Cycle Contribute knowledge management articles for created solutions Communicate changes and trends in systems and technology Evaluate operational efficiency and effectiveness Analyze requirements, data, work quality, methods, processes, practices, standards, and metrics Interpret analysis results and present recommendations, alternatives, and implications Define and document technical designs for data, workflow, logical processes, infrastructure, interfaces, controls, and outputs Provide leadership and guidance for successful business-unit project implementation Develop and document workflow adjustments to streamline processes Perform qualitative and quantitative analysis using analytical techniques, tools, models, and simulation Improve procedures, resolve problems, and implement initiatives with business units and vendors Present conclusions and recommendations to management Use performance measurements to identify improvement areas and develop process improvement plans Develop and oversee project plans and roadmaps to remediate control deficiencies, maximize effectiveness, and mitigate future exposure Perform other duties as assigned Requirements Hands on experience in C#, HTML, JavaScript, CSS Extensive experience converting older language legacy solutions to modern languages Extensive experience building solutions from a process where no documentation exists Extensive experience working in lower and productions environments that are not completely isolated Experience using existing code and team member discussions to determine the programming structure and naming conventions used Experience exercising creativity and ingenuity while adhering to a strict set of rules Innate passion for development and problem solving Expert knowledge of software development best practices Extensive experience with application development platforms including C#, .Net, React, JavaScript, SQL, MongoDB, MuleSoft, and Azure Cloud Extensive experience in programming end-to-end custom-code solutions Extensive experience in developing and testing software Extensive experience with Navy Federal mainframe systems Extensive experience in statistical methods, mathematical techniques, forecasting, cost-benefit analysis, and related analytical tools Expert knowledge of data querying, reporting, forecasting, analysis, operations research, statistical methods, and modeling Ability to analyze technical issues and recommend, develop, and/or implement strategies Extensive experience communicating complex technical issues to non-technical audiences Extensive experience in problem resolution, including determining root cause, scope, and scale of issues Extensive experience leading collaborative work teams Extensive experience leading large-scope projects and/or initiatives Extensive experience managing multiple priorities independently and/or in a team environment Extensive experience researching, compiling, and documenting data, business processes, and workflow Participate in mandatory Navy Federal standards and policy training Successfully complete required training, assessments,
