Working under the guidance of the Project Manager, this role helps manage project schedules, budgets, resources, documentation, subcontractors, and client communications to ensure projects meet their objectives. Strong computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Project and PDF files. Strong organizational, planning, and time management skills. Ability to coordinate project schedules, resources, budgets, and documentation. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to collaborate with project teams, construction workers, subcontractors, clients, and vendors. Strong problem-solving and risk management skills. Ability to monitor project performance and support the resolution of project issues.
