Pest Control Technician - Wildlife

Job Description Arrow Exterminators is seeking a full‑time Wildlife Technician to provide uncompromised service to residential and commercial wildlife control customers through exclusion, trapping, and removal of wildlife. The technician will perform exclusion by sealing, caulking, or installing sheet metal to soffits, gutter lines, roof ridges, vents, and voids, often working from rooftops or ladders and may require basic carpentry skills. Responsibilities Identify, remove, prevent, or repair damage caused by wildlife. Interview customers to understand their issue and conduct a thorough inspection. Analyze findings to determine the best solution and explain next steps to customers. Complete services including exclusion, trapping, or removal. Collect payment and propose additional services that benefit the customer. Schedule and run own services, maintaining independence and accountability. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Valid driver’s license and ability to pass and maintain any state regulatory agency required licensing or certification exams. Ability to pass internal technical exams. Professional appearance, including wearing an approved Arrow uniform. Minimum 40‑hour work week; willing to work evenings and weekends as needed.
