Responsibilities Provide strategic oversight and on-the-ground leadership to the second-shift operations team, ensuring optimal resource utilization and alignment with organizational priorities. Oversee and coordinate operational workflows spanning logistics, supply chain, and production, emphasizing efficiency, accuracy, and adherence to quality standards. Implement and enforce Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), safety protocols, and compliance measures to maintain a high-functioning, risk-averse environment. Analyze performance metrics and identify opportunities for process improvements and innovation, executing actionable strategies to enhance efficiency and minimize waste. Recruit, train, and mentor team members on the second shift, fostering a collaborative and accountable team culture centered on professional growth and excellence. Minimum Requirements At least 5+ years of progressive experience in operations, logistics, or supply chain management, with demonstrated success in a leadership capacity. Strong understanding of operational processes in logistics, supply chain, or manufacturing and the ability to manage and optimize complex workflows across teams. Intermediate level Excel and Word Experience with various WMS systems KPI / SLA management Preferred Requirements Proven track record of leading second-shift or off-hours operations teams in high-volume, fast-paced environments. Training, monitoring, evaluating, supervising, and disciplining employees based on goals and duties Verifying employee time/payroll information and authorize overtime Assisting with planning and budget process Communicating with customers, vendors and employees #J-18808-Ljbffr
