This role provides comprehensive, patient-centered care to women throughout their reproductive lifespan, including pregnancy, childbirth, postpartum care, and gynecologic concerns such as menstrual disorders, infertility, and menopause. The Registered Nurse Lead provides clinical and operational leadership for the nursing team while supporting the day-to-day coordination and management of clinic operations. This position plays a key role in staff engagement and development by supporting recruitment and onboarding activities, conducting performance evaluations, facilitating education and training, and implementing performance improvement initiatives. The Registered Nurse Lead serves as a clinical resource and mentor, empowering nursing staff to provide high-quality, safe, and compassionate care. Working collaboratively with physicians, advanced practice providers, nurses, and other members of the multidisciplinary team, the Registered Nurse Lead promotes a culture of excellence, accountability, collaboration, and professional growth. This role helps drive operational efficiency and quality improvement while ensuring an exceptional patient and family experience. Salary Range: Minimum 47.96/hour - Maximum 74.34/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility.
