We are hiring an experienced Manufacturing Maintenance Technician to join a brand new production facility in Mesa. This is a hands-on position for someone who enjoys troubleshooting equipment, solving problems, and keeping manufacturing operations running safely and efficiently.

This is a Direct Hire opportunity.

Requirements For Manufacturing Maintenance Technician Role:

• Troubleshoot and repair manufacturing and production equipment
• Diagnose electrical and mechanical issues
• Maintain and repair motors, conveyors, production machinery, pneumatic systems, and related equipment
• Make mechanical and electrical adjustments to machinery
• Perform equipment and extruder changeovers
• Read and understand electrical schematics, blueprints, and equipment drawings

Schedule: 1st Shift (Flexibility required as they set up new location)

Pay: $28hr + DOE

Experienced Required For Maintenance Technician Role:

• 7+ years of equipment maintenance experience, including production maintenance experience
• Coordinate preventive maintenance and repairs
• Support and mentor less-experienced technicians
• Assist with equipment improvement projects
• Help develop maintenance procedures and safety standards
