Black Voter Engagement & Community Organizer
Florida Democratic Party
Florida Democratic Party is seeking a Black Constituency Organizer to lead Black voter engagement strategies in North Florida, coordinating with regional organizers and state partners. The role focuses on building volunteer leadership and scalable programs to expand engagement across priority communities. The ideal candidate will manage a campaign-style schedule, work evenings and weekends, and report to the Statewide Field Director.
