- Position Information:
- Role: RN specializing in Labor and Delivery
- Shift: Nights (6:30 PM - 7:00 AM)
- Openings: 1 position available
- Weekly Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours
- Weekend Hours: 48 hours/month
- Call Requirements: No call required
- Patient Ratios: Managed per AWHONN guidelines
- Fetal Monitoring, ACLS, BLS, and NRP certifications required
- Experience: At least 2 years of acute care experience is essential
- Float Requirements: Yes, to Mother/Baby

- Unit Information:
- Beds: 6 labor rooms, 11 mother/baby rooms, 3 triage beds
- Equipment: EHR systems like Centricity and Paragon
- Supervision: Melissa Wilson
- Patient Population: Adults with various labor-related experiences

- Candidate Profile:
- Must Have Skills/Experience:
- Labor and delivery expertise
- Experience in mother/baby care
- Triage experience preferred but not required
- Common Diagnosis/Treatment: Typical cases involve labor and delivery
- Personality Fit: Seeking flexibility and strong communication skills

- Dress Code:
- Scrubs: Blue and Blue/Green attire required


- Education Requirements:
- Current State License
- Minimum of 2 years recent acute experience
