Together, we chase the miracles of science to improve people's lives. **Available Disciplines** * **Impurity Identification & AI-Enabled Analytics:** Impurity identification remains one of the most challenging and resource-intensive activities in pharmaceutical development. This position offers a unique opportunity to pioneer AI-enabled approaches that accelerate the identification, structural elucidation, and mechanistic understanding of process- and degradation-related impurities. In addition to applying state-of-the-art AI tools, the successful candidate will help develop the high-quality experimental datasets necessary to train, validate, and improve next-generation AI models for analytical sciences. The fellow will work closely with analytical scientists, synthetic chemists and data scientists to develop innovative solutions. **About You** **Basic Qualifications:**Currently holding an accredited university degree in: * Ph.D. in Analytical Chemistry, Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemical Engineering, Computational Chemistry, Data Science applied to Chemistry, or a related discipline Candidates must also meet the following eligibility requirements: * Must be permanently authorized to work in the U.S. and not require sponsorship of an employment visa (e.g., H-1B or green card) at the time of application or in the future.
