Junior Data Analyst Operations Sales Analytics

Job Description Extract, clean, and prepare data from systems such as Salesforce, Shopify, QuickBooks, and CSV files Build and maintain KPI dashboards and recurring reports (daily, weekly, monthly) Support sales and operational performance reporting Perform data validation, QA checks, and identify discrepancies across systems Assist with data analysis, segmentation, and ad-hoc reporting requests Maintain clear documentation for KPI definitions and reporting logic Ensure consistency and accuracy of data used in reporting Qualifications 1–3 years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or similar role Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, data handling) Experience working with CSV files and combining multiple data sources High attention to detail and strong data accuracy mindset Ability to work independently with structured guidance Basic SQL knowledge Experience with Tableau or Power BI Exposure to sales or financial data environments Additional Information All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines. #J-18808-Ljbffr SBT Global, Inc.
