Support Staff Available: MAs: 4, RNs: 1, Office Staff: 1
Reason for Coverage: Ongoing coverage need

PRIVILEGES & COMPLIANCE

Hospital Privileges Required: Yes
Temporary Privileges Available: Yes (for urgent needs, clean files)
Credentialing Timeline: 90 days

REQUIRED PROCEDURES

Robotic surgery
Vasectomy
Vasectomy reversal
Cystoscopy (in OR)
Prostate procedures
Ureteroscopy (in OR)
Penile plication
Penile implants (rare)
Lithotripsy
Circumcision
Orchiopexy
Scope (if part of practice)

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Licenses: Active PA license or IMLC/LOQ
Board: BC or BE in Urology
DEA: Required
Experience: Minimum 1 year in Urology

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide urology clinic services Monday-Friday, 8a-5p
Perform 24-hour call duties as scheduled
Manage office visits and cysto/stent procedures with a patient load of 24-28 per day
Supervise NP/PAs as needed
Perform core urology procedures including vasectomy, cystoscopy, prostate procedures, ureteroscopy, lithotripsy, circumcision, orchiopexy, etc.
