HR Coordinator

Location: Longview, WA – 100% Onsite Pay: $25–$30/hour DOE Employment Type: Temporary, 4–6 Months Schedule: Monday–Friday, Full-Time CV Resources is partnering with a growing, established organization in Longview, WA to identify an HR Support Administrator for a 4–6 month temporary assignment. This is a great opportunity for an HR or recruiting professional who enjoys a fast-paced environment and can jump in to support recruiting coordination, onboarding, HR administration, and day-to-day employee support . The organization operates across multiple locations and industries, making this an excellent opportunity to gain exposure to a busy, multi-faceted HR function. What You'll Do Manage pre-onboarding activities for new hires Screen candidates for field, craft, and operational positions Schedule phone screens and interviews Process I-9s and E-Verify documentation Maintain accurate and confidential HR records Assist with recruiting and onboarding administration Provide general administrative support to the HR team Assist with benefits administration and other HR functions as needed Help keep recruiting and HR processes organized in a high-volume environment What We're Looking For 2+ years of recruiting, HR coordination, or HR administrative experience Experience supporting recruiting in a fast-paced or high-volume environment Construction, skilled trades, industrial, manufacturing, or blue-collar recruiting experience strongly preferred Familiarity with onboarding, interviewing, and HR compliance Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities ATS/HRIS experience; UKG or BambooHR experience is a plus Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word Excellent written and verbal communication skills High attention to detail and accuracy Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately High school diploma or GED required Valid driver's license and ability to meet company insurance requirements Candidates must be able to successfully complete required pre-employment screening.
