This position will be based in the greater Frederick, MD area (Western MD region). Responsibilities Operation and maintenance of various high speed/high capacity multi‑function printers Moving/relocating equipment within and/or between facilities Interviewing clients as part of pre‑deployment asset discovery Repair/replace defective equipment Updating asset management system to reflect work performed Installing and maintaining PC hardware and software and applying specific configuration profiles Troubleshooting network usage and computer peripherals Performing system backups and data recovery Resolving network communication problems Email administration Network security Preparing assets for disposition and other administrative duties Network operations and maintenance Familiarity with inside and outside plant operations Familiarity with routers, switches, firewalls, etc. Familiarity with cabling and splicing, etc. Transporting equipment between multiple facilities within an assigned service area, as directed by an IT representative Responsible for all deployment, downloads, doing local installations Education High school diploma Basic training in IT support, including relevant on‑the‑job training 1–2 years of related experience DOD Public Trust Clearance (or ability to obtain) Qualifications Excellent customer service and organizational skills Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to interact with people at all levels Professional attitude regarding attention to detail Accurate and timely submission of required reports, documentation, etc. US citizenship required for eligibility to access sensitive information Licensed and able to drive a vehicle Ability to climb a 10 ft ladder and lift at least 40 lbs Job Type Full‑Time Location Ashburn, VA 20147 US Frederick, MD 21702 US (Primary) Compensation & Benefits Telos offers an excellent compensation package with benefits that include generous paid time off, medical, dental, vision, tuition reimbursement, and 401k.
