Mental Health Counselor Mentor South Bay provides Early Intervention, Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA), Behavioral Health, and Mental Health Outpatient services across Massachusetts and Connecticut. Over 35 years, we have a collaborative, team‑based approach dedicated to helping children, adults, and families reach their fullest potential. Our clinicians provide home and community‑based mental health, behavioral, and/or substance‑use services to individuals, couples, families, and groups. Responsibilities Lead individual, family, couples, and group therapy Conduct client intake sessions Facilitate crisis intervention Conduct case management Participate in multidisciplinary teams to present cases for proper treatment Qualifications Master’s Degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Counseling Psychology, Clinical Psychology, or a related field Completed a full‑time clinical internship in a mental health setting State license eligible Valid driver’s license in good standing and reliable vehicle Exceptional communication skills with ability to establish trust and rapport quickly Strong listening skills, ability to empathize while providing guidance Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Reliable, responsible attitude and compassionate approach Commitment to quality in all work Why Join Us?
