Are you an organized, detail-oriented administrative professional looking to bring your skills to a premier resort on the world-famous Las Vegas Strip? We are seeking a temporary Sales Administrative Assistant for a roughly 4-month assignment to support our Sales & Marketing division. In this fast-paced role, you will perform diversified clerical tasks, manage vital communication channels, and keep our busy department running smoothly.
salary: $18 - $19 per hourshift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 4 PM
education: High School Responsibilities
- Primary Function: Handles daily administrative, clerical, and project support tasks to keep the Sales & Marketing department running smoothly.
- Key Support: Manages the Director's calendar and travel arrangements , screens visitors , and coordinates workflows between departments.
