Position Overview Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities Psychologist Salary & Benefits Salary: $62,536 - $84,610 (based on experience, range New Grad to 16+ Years). Incentive pay available at 25%. Agency placement fee of $3,000. Sign‑on bonus available. Benefits: Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance; 401(k); Paid Time Off (PTO). Responsibilities Conduct psychological evaluations, including administration and interpretation of psychometric instruments. Provide direct services such as individual counseling, parent training, behavior modification plans, and crisis intervention. Develop treatment goals and case service plans in accordance with Person‑Centered Planning. Perform thorough assessments and create integrated biopsychosocial reports. Interpret evaluation results for the person and family. Consult with staff regarding families and their members. Conduct staff in‑services specific to consumers served. Obtain, analyze, and evaluate significant data for guardianship hearings, baseline functioning reports, and eligibility determinations for the Community Mental Health system. Complete new consumer intakes as needed. Develop and maintain written records required for professional practice per policy and procedural manual. Complete 24 hours of program or position‑specific training annually. Perform related duties as assigned. Qualifications Licensure: TLLP or LLP with the State of Michigan. Candidates must hold one of the listed licensures to be considered. Work Schedule Regular work hours: Monday through Friday. Four (4) hours per week after 5 pm. Actual hours may be adjusted due to consumer or program needs. Travel & Reimbursement Travel: Mileage reimbursement when a personal vehicle is used at the IRS standard rate of $0.64 per mile.
