Travel Registered Nurse - Med/Surg

Location: Thornton, CO

Assignment Duration: This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule: 7A - 7P

Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Travel Registered Nurse (RN) for our Med/Surg unit. The ideal candidate will work in a high-energy environment, providing support to patients post-surgery and managing various cardiac drips. Join our team to make a difference in patient care!

Responsibilities:

• Care for post-operative surgical patients
• Manage cardiac drips, including amiodarone and diltiazem
• Monitor patient health and adjust care as necessary
• Collaborate with healthcare staff to ensure high-quality care

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:

• Minimum of 1-year current Med/Surg RN acute care experience
• BLS certification is a must
• ACLS certification is preferred
• Experience with Meditech EMR is a plus
