The Opportunity
EY is making substantial investments in its award‑winning AI & Data practice. As a strategic partner, you will assist clients in turning data, advanced analytics, and agentic AI into repeatable solutions that drive measurable decision intelligence. Your knowledge of key value‑drivers within the Health sector will help payer and provider clients transition to cloud‑native data platforms, establish ethical governance guardrails, forecast workforce skill demand, and embed predictive, prescriptive, and adaptive agentic‑AI technologies into workflows and systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead large‑scale client engagements end‑to‑end, managing scope, risk, timelines, and budgets; proactively communicate with stakeholders and manage expectations.
- Help clients organize their data (semantic modelling) to drive better decisions, using AI and automation with human oversight.
- Design, develop, and scale data and advanced analytic products from pilots to enterprise deployment, leveraging leading technologies and cloud providers.
- Develop executive‑level communications—including proposals, sales materials, and presentations—to articulate insights, recommendations, and value.
- Build and sustain long‑term client relationships, identify new business development opportunities aligned to client success.
- Host interactive sessions and workshops with business, technology, industry, and executive teams on topics for developing data and analytic products.
- Maintain strong client relationships founded on trust and commercial acumen, actively identifying opportunities to add value.
- Mentor and develop team members, fostering an inclusive, high‑performance culture aligned with EY’s values.
- Drive business growth by shaping go‑to‑market strategies, crafting proposals, and expanding client relationships; serve as a thought leader in AI‑enabled decisions.
- Lead strategic data and analytic partnership alliances to develop cutting‑edge solutions that solve client business problems.
Skills and Attributes for Success
- Deep knowledge of healthcare challenges for payers, providers and integrated systems, and ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Demonstrated ability to align analytic and agentic initiatives with business value, shape ROI‑driven solutions, and manage engagement economics.
- Expertise in advanced analytics and decision science (optimization, simulation, causal inference, human‑in‑the‑loop AI) and structured/unstructured data (EHR, claims, ERP, financial, RWE, supply chain).
- High proficiency with modern digital ecosystems—cloud platforms, AI/ML, generative and agentic AI—and translating emerging technology trends into actionable strategies.
- Exceptional structured, hypothesis‑driven problem‑solving skills with a creative and adaptive mindset.
- Experience leading the creation of sales materials, proposals, and presentations for data‑driven solutions.
- Clear executive‑level communication of findings, recommendations, and opportunities.
- Strong team leadership, motivation, coaching, and the ability to influence across diverse teams.
- Trusted relationship building with client personnel at appropriate levels, consistently delivering quality client services.
- Staying at the forefront of emerging technologies (generative AI, agentic AI) and guiding clients in responsible adoption.
- Understanding of clients’ data, AI, and technology landscapes and business priorities.
- Developing thought leadership to strengthen EY’s brand in data management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree and 8‑10 years of experience designing, developing, and implementing data and analytic strategy in health care.
- 8‑10 years of professional consulting experience in business or technology consulting or similar roles.
- Proven track record of driving revenue within existing clients and developing new prospects at the C‑level of Fortune 500 companies.
- Strong decision‑science and/or data‑management experience with healthcare clients.
- Strong knowledge of AI and agentic technologies and frameworks.
- Experience with Agile and/or Scrum delivery for data and analytic products.
- Proven ability to translate business challenges into value‑add solutions with strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills; ability to listen, understand, and deliver clear insights.
- Outstanding team player, capable of managing and prioritizing workload independently.
- Adaptability to change and a valid US driver’s license with willingness to travel (estimated 30%).
- Demonstrated leadership and project management experience leading multidisciplinary teams.
Ideal Qualifications
- Advanced degree in data and analytics, information systems, statistics, computer science, or related disciplines.
- Master’s in Applied/Business Analytics with a health concentration; or Master’s in Business or Health Administration with a data and analytics focus; or Master’s in Health Informatics; or Master’s in Public Health.
- Experience leading business or IT transformation projects supporting data science, decision intelligence, AI and cloud applications at scale.
- Experience with design thinking and visual storytelling.
- Certifications in Microsoft, Databricks, AWS, ServiceNow, or Snowflake.
- Experience with Epic, Oracle/Cerner, or other Electronic Health Record companies.

- A comprehensive compensation and benefits package with performance‑based rewards and recognition. Base salary ranges ($178,300 to $407,000 in the US; higher ranges in major metro areas).
