Insight Global is seeking an experienced Technical Accounting Manager to support equity accounting, SEC reporting, proxy disclosures, and related audit and compliance activities. This individual will play a critical role during quarter-end close and reporting cycles, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery of all equity-related financial reporting requirements. This position requires strong expertise in ASC 718, hands-on equity accounting experience, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced public company environment.
