Requirements

• 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
• No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
• No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
• No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
• Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying

Vacancy description

Drive nationwide dry van freight for HMD from Murfreesboro, TN as an OTR solo CDL-A driver. You'll run consistent long-haul lanes, handle coast-to-coast deliveries, and uphold strict safety and inspection standards.

Key responsibilities:

• Operate company tractors under 3 years old equipped with APUs, inverters, and sleepers.
• Secure and transport freight safely, complete accurate logs, and perform pre/post-trip inspections.
• Communicate with dispatch and follow routing and compliance procedures.

Requirements & benefits overview:

• CDL-A with at least 12 months verifiable experience.
• Pay starts at 65¢/mile with weekly averages around 2,500 miles; bonuses for safe driving, clean inspections, and referrals. In-house maintenance support, home every two weeks, and full benefits (medical, dental, vision, PTO, 401(k)).
