The Opportunity
We are seeking a skilled, passionate Licensed Massage Therapist to join our exceptional service team. The ideal candidate is guest-centered, technically proficient, and genuinely excited about the opportunity to build a loyal clientele in a supportive, high-performance luxury environment. You will perform a full menu of therapeutic massage and body treatments, serve as a trusted wellness advisor, and contribute to a culture where excellence is the standard.

What You'll Do

Deliver customized Swedish, deep tissue, hot stone, prenatal, and specialty massage services using Woodhouse-approved protocols
Conduct thorough intake consultations and adapt every service to the individual guest's needs
Recommend and retail wellness products
Proactively rebook guests at the conclusion of every service
Enter complete SOAP notes and guest records following every appointment
Offer service upgrades and enhancements with every appointment
Attend all team meetings, trainings, and continuing education sessions
Maintain treatment room sanitation, readiness, and equipment inspection standards

What We're Looking For

Current and valid state massage therapy license
Minimum 500 hours of accredited massage therapy education
Experience in Swedish, deep tissue, and specialty modalities
Strong guest communication, consultation, and retail recommendation skills
Professional, reliable, and committed to consistent attendance
Ability to perform services during extended shifts, including evenings and weekends

What Success Looks Like

Achieving and maintaining a 30% or higher rebook rate
Meeting the 2% retail-to-service ratio through genuine, wellness-focused product recommendations
Delivering consistently elevated average ticket values through enhancements and upgrades
Maintaining accurate, detailed SOAP notes and follow-up protocols for every guest
