Pay: $36.00 - $41.00/hour , depending on experience plus performance incentives. Top performers can earn $110,000 per year in total compensation Why Join Jacobs? This includes system installation, startup, and ensuring the homeowner has a clear understanding of their new system. You'll play a key role in maintaining our reputation for excellence while supporting and mentoring install helpers to grow within the trade. Key Responsibilities Complete residential retrofit HVAC installations with quality and efficiency Install AC, furnace, and water heater systems from start to finish, including commissioning/start-up Communicate clearly and professionally with homeowners throughout the project Manage project timelines and scope to ensure jobs stay on track Maintain organization of tools, materials, and job sites Complete all required installation paperwork accurately Educate homeowners on system operation after installation Maintain a clean, professional appearance and job site Assist in training and developing install helpers Required Qualifications 1+ years of HVAC lead installer experience Strong knowledge of HVAC systems including AC, refrigeration, and heating principles EPA Certification Understanding of HVAC industry best practices and building codes Valid driver's license with insurable driving record Ability to lift 50+ lbs Preferred Qualifications Journeyman-level install experience NATE Certification Ready to Take the Next Step?
