Join Our Team as an Interim Director of Nursing Lead with Excellence in Resident Care We’re seeking a dynamic and experienced Interim Director of Nursing (DON) to join our growing team! This leadership role plays a critical part in maintaining compliance, elevating care quality, and fostering a supportive environment for both residents and nursing staff. The ideal candidate is a hands‑on leader with strong clinical expertise and a deep understanding of long‑term care operations.
