Minimum Requirements Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC Mass PT license required. BLS required. Assignment Details Outpatient sports medicine setting. Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday schedule. Shift hours: 0800-1630. Preference for therapist willing to take occasional hospital shifts.
