General Information Unit Specifics: Number of Beds: 4 Patient Ratios: 1:1 immediate post surgical, 1:2 POD 1-3 Unit staffing description- (unit secretaries and tech availability): Primary Nursing Type of equipment Documentation system: Meditech Expanse Scheduling requirements: 36 hours, 3 weekend shifts every 4 weeks Floating policy: Will take same ratio as unit floated to Patient Experience requirements: Hospital Specifics Certifications: Hiring profile Requested Skill Set: Must have: 1-2 years of fresh cardiac surgery patients with direct primary recovery Advanced skills needed: ACLS, Balloon pump, Impella training, Hemosphere or Acumen trained Procedures performed on unit: New cardiac surgery program launch Certifications Required: ACLS
