Global Paid Search Manager

A company is looking for a Global Paid Search Manager to oversee the paid search strategy across global markets. Key Responsibilities Set the global paid search vision and integrate AI-augmented workflows Automate campaign management and insights using Google Ads MCP server integrations Develop SEM playbooks embedding AI into repeatable workflows Required Qualifications 4+ years in SEM or performance marketing with multi-million dollar budgets 1-2 years of AI fluency in paid search or performance marketing Operational experience with Claude Enterprise, Gemini for Ads, or Performance Max AI Familiarity with Google Ads MCP server or agent-based campaign management Strong analytical foundation in bid modeling, forecasting, and attribution
