VP - Capital Formation

A New York-headquartered private credit firm with approximately $3.0B in assets under management is seeking a professional to lead efforts in capital formation and communications. The firm specializes in providing liquidity solutions to alternative asset managers and operates within the rapidly expanding fund finance market. Responsibilities Identify opportunities and challenges to effectively reach investors and prospects. Collaborate with the investment team to align capital formation and marketing efforts. Produce and execute investor-facing campaigns with internal and external teams. Prepare pitch materials, investor presentations, and data room content. Maintain external relationships aligned with firm objectives. Ensure brand consistency and oversee design deliverables for marketing materials. Manage social media calendar and content, including LinkedIn campaigns. Craft and deploy HTML emails and investor communications campaigns. Evaluate marketing effectiveness through KPIs and provide insights. Act as project manager for fundraising activities and ensure data accuracy. Mentor and support the development of junior team members. Qualifications & Profile Strong analytical and technical capabilities with sound judgment. Experience in marketing and communications, preferably in investment management. Ability to synthesize complex data into clear insights and recommendations. Proven ability to operate independently in a lean team environment. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Experience with HTML, CSS, Salesforce, Google Analytics, and Adobe InDesign is a plus. Requirements Bachelor's degree or military service. 4-7 years of experience in marketing, communications, investor relations, or capital formation. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
