Requirements & Certifications:
Minimum 1 year of recent ICU or critical care experience
Previous travel experience preferred
BLS (Basic Life Support)
ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support)

Required Skills:
Intermediate/Stepdown patient care
IV starts, lab draws/sample collection
Experience titrating critical drips (e.g., vasopressors, cardiac medications)
