NURSE ASSISTANT - CERTIFIEDAcute/ER/Swing Bed Join our staff of caring professionals providing aide and assistance to Hospital and ER patients.Primary duties include, but are not limited to:Maintains performance at level of certification, basic, intermediate, advanced or expertResponds to signal lights/bells to determine patients' needsBathes, dresses, and undresses patientsServes and collects food trays and assists patients who require helpAssists residents with ambulationToilets patients, assists to toilet or changes patients soiled undergarmentChanges bed linensResponsible to record intake and output and to record tray monitorsOral and dental careFollow established Restorative Program and document resultsPlaces resident/patient wishes and supports their choices concerning mealtimes, bed/wake up times, clothing choices, etc.QUALIFICATIONSEducation:High School Diploma or GEDCompletion of a Certified Nursing Assistant programExperience:Previous experience in the health field desired.Professional Licensure/Certification/Registration:Nursing Assistant - Certification with the Washington State Department of HealthPhysical Requirements:Safely lift up to 50 pounds of force frequentlyStooping, Kneeling, Crouching, and/or crawlingHiring Bonus: $5,000 sign-on bonusBenefits:Full time positions come with a generous PTO program, employer paid health insurance, dental insurance, life and long-term disability insurance and retirement plan.
