RN Registered Nurse

Aventura at the Bay in St. Petersburg, FL – Hiring Registered Nurses (RNs) Full-time and part-time shifts available. Days: 7 a.m. – 3 p.m. Evenings: 3 p.m. – 11 p.m. Nights: 11 p.m. – 7 a.m. Weekends: 7 a.m. – 7 p.m. & 7 p.m. – 7 a.m. (rotating) New graduates and walk‑ins welcome. Rate: $33–$45 based on experience and shift. Shift differentials: $3 for 3–11 p.m., $1.50 for 11 p.m.–7 a.m. Daily pay option. Opportunities for career growth. Qualifications for Registered Nurse (RN) Valid RN license. Strong clinical knowledge and excellent decision‑making skills. Compassionate, empathetic, patient‑focused. Ability to lead and supervise a nursing team. Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Ability to maintain accurate records and handle confidential information. Responsibilities of Registered Nurse (RN) Assess, plan, and implement individualized care plans for residents. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians. Monitor and document residents' health status, vital signs, symptoms, and progress. Supervise and support a team of LPNs and CNAs to deliver optimal care. Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate resident care. Educate residents and their families on health management, conditions, and treatments. Ensure adherence to all state, federal, and facility-specific regulations and standards. Respond to emergencies, assess situations, and provide critical care as needed. Participate in quality assurance activities and contribute to the facility’s continuous improvement efforts. Registered Nurse (RN) may start as early as next week. Shift and Schedule Rotating weekends. 8‑hour shifts: day, evening, night, overnight.
